Company Secretary

Smt. Pallavi Kathal is a seasoned Company Secretary with over 15 years of experience across listed companies and the BFSI sector. She holds an LL.B., is a qualified Company Secretary from ICSI, and has cleared IPCC from ICAI.

Presently at SBI General Insurance Company Limited, she manages end to end Board and Committee operations, drives governance automation, and ensures adherence to regulatory and audit requirements across IRDAI, SEBI, and RBI frameworks.

Prior to joining SBI General Insurance, she held key roles at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, Hubtown Ltd., and CMS Info Systems. Her expertise spans regulatory compliance, Board and Committee advisory, corporate governance, investor and stakeholder management, insider trading compliance, ESOP Administration, CSR Compliance, and major corporate transactions, including private equity exits and rights issues.

With a strong foundation in corporate laws and governance, Smt. Kathal continues to contribute to strengthening regulatory discipline, transparency, and governance excellence.
